Cancellation/No Show Policy:

In order to provide the best scheduling options to our guests, we require a 24 hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If a 24 hour notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge a partial or full service amount. Should you miss 2 appointments without a courtesy call, a 50% nonrefundable fee of service will be required to book an appointment. Should you miss 3 appointments without a courtesy call, you will be required to pay a 100% nonrefundable fee of service to book your appointment. After 3 no call/no shows, you will no longer be accepted as our client.

Late Policy:

Showing up late to your appointment could result in rescheduling of your appointment so we do not run late with the rest of our clients.
